Above all, Merit’s prototyping lab is our passionate team and people with years of experience in the automotive industry. Their unique skills combined with all the latest technologies available in Merit’s prototyping lab are the key to our and our customers’ success. We pay so much attention to our employee’s skills that we started building our own state of the art lab from hiring the most talented people and then providing them with a modern workplace.

We are self-sufficient in a space of product design, testing, validation and building some very advanced prototypes with a quality hard to distinguish from a finally produced product. Our pleasantly surprised customers, not able to tell the difference between the prototypes we have built and the final production parts are the best proof that our prototyping lab did a great job.

The DIGITALWAX 030 is a stereolithography 3D printer. It was developed for quickly produce high-quality, high-resolution precision models: realistic models, concept models, functional prototypes and prototypes of consumer products.
