MERITAutomotive Electronics.The worldwide Group Merit (previously being part of Delphi) has started to operate January 2017 and fully continue research, design, production and sale (for OEM and Aftermarket) of automotive mechatronics products which includes: 1. Column switches; 2. Switch modules; 3. Simple switches

 

Main duties:

  •  Securing equipment supervision process compatible with IATF 16949:2016 requirements
  • Tracking and management of measuring equipment
  • Cross checking measurement results for plausibility (Measurement System Analysis)
  • Managing and performing calibration
  •  Commissioning of second party calibration process
  •  Service / warranty requirements supervision
  • Preparation of procedures for laboratories
  • Preparation of work instructions for measuring equipment
  • Support the customers with evaluating measurement results/ measurement data
  • Establishing presentations and reports for analysis and review of measurements
  • Organizing follow-up meetings and escalation of in work open issues/ topics
  • Improvements proposition and implementation
  • Support for product validation group

We expect:

  • IATF 16949 and ISO 17025 requirements knowledge
  • MSA and SPC expertise
  • Measurement equipment calibration practical knowledge
  • Analytical and systematic thinking using data analysis tools, logic and reason
  •  Problem solving and implementation of corrective actions
  • Experience with evaluating and improving products, systems and/ or processes
  • Technical background and skills
  • Experience in metrology/electrical laboratory
  • Communication knowledge of English language
  • Ablility to mentor/coach other team members
  • Team orientation
  • Decision-making skills
