Job description:

  • Ongoing contact with customers of the automotive market, including trucks and special vehicles
  • Managing customer orders and entering them into the Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Creating customer relations and customer service, recognizing their needs
  • Supporting production planning to adapt the production process to customer expectations
  • Cooperation with the shipping department, warehouse
  • Cooperation on production transfer tasks between locations
  • Participation in the implementation of Master Data into the Oracle Cloud ERP

Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct business talks with the customer
  • Experience in negotiations
  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Experience in team work
  • Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, ERP systems,
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud ERP it will be an additional, strong skill
  • German language at a communicative level in speech and writing will be an additional, strong skill
  • Systematic and reliable
